WE HAVE AN IN HOUSE JEWELLERY REPAIR WORKSHOP, WHERE WE WILL TAKE THE UPMOST CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY; OUR CRAFTSMANSHIP IS OF THE HIGHEST STANDARD.

Once ordered, your jewellery is made in our workshops in Scotland and ready in only 3-4 weeks.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHEN YOU SAY "ALL OUR DESIGNS CAN BE PERSONALISED"?

Once you have found a design you like collections, you  can change the stone and metal, and add an engraving. To personalise a piece you will have to book an instore consultation.

WHERE DO YOU MAKE MY JEWELLERY?

Our designs are unique and are Made in Scotland our Glasgow workshop established since 1989.

Our jewellery is hallmark at the Edinburgh Assay Office for a full proof of authenticity.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNT VOUCHERS?

Yes. We offers discount vouchers to use for bespoke jewellery purchases. We let our subscribers or customers know about these discounts by direct email or in our emailed newsletter.

DO YOU MAKE ALL FINGER SIZES?

Yes. Here at Antoine Jewellery, we can make rings in all finger sizes, from the largest to the smallest. 

CAN I GET MY JEWELLERY ENGRAVED?

Yes. Jewellery can be engraved and it only costs £20. 

CAN I GET JEWELLERY NOT BOUGHT FROM Antoine jewellery REPAIRED OR RESIZED?

Yes

WHY DO THE PRICES OF YOUR JEWELLERY VARY?

Our prices are calculated according to the changing gold and precious stone markets. If the price of gold drops, the price of our gold jewellery will also drop, but if the price of gold rises, the price of our gold creations will rise accordingly.

RETURNS

I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

You may return your purchase within 10 days of receiving it. All you need to pay are the postage costs. Simply call our customer service team on 01292 470788 and we will let you know what to do. We will then refund your purchase within 30 days.

For returns, the following conditions must be met:

- The jewellery is in its original condition and has not been worn.

- Your previous purchase was not returned (this is a safeguard against abuse of our guarantee).

- The jewellery has been returned within 10 days of receipt, as shown by the postmark.

Please note that our returns policy does not apply to bespoke orders.

CAN I GET MY JEWELLERY SOONER?

In order to ensure every manufacturing step is respected and you receive top quality jewellery, we allow 2-4 weeks maximum for creation and delivery.

If your purchase is a gift and this timeframe is too long for you, don't worry - we have thought of everything! We can send you an Antoine Jewellery gift card certifying that a custom-made piece of jewellery is being prepared in our workshops. This is a to give on the day and is sure to please! Please contact our customer service team on 01292 470 788 and we will do our best to meet your needs.

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN A GIFT I RECEIVED. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

Don't like a gift? No worries! Contact us on 01292 470788 and we will exchange it! Simply ensure you contact us within 10 days of the purchaser receiving the jewellery. The jewellery must also be in perfect condition.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

After receiving your return parcel, we check your jewellery and refund you within 30 days.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY RING IS NOT THE RIGHT SIZE?

Antoine Jewellery offers a free resizing of your ring when you send it back or come to the store within 30 days of receiving it. To have your ring resized, contact our store manager on 01292 470788.

We will let you know the process for sending us your ring. On average, it will take two weeks for your ring to be resized. You can have your ring resized more than once, but you will be charged for the service. 

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ANTOINE JEWELLERY NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED?

We offer a one year warranty for faults and hidden defects. So if you have any concerns about your jewellery, contact us on 01292 470788 and we will let you know what to do.

1. When we receive your jewellery, we have it assessed by our workshops to discover the source of the problem.

2. If it is due to an error on our part, the warranty is activated and we will repair or remake and return your jewellery free of charge. This warranty is valid for two years.

3. If the damage is due to your negligence or failure to care for the piece, we can repair or remake your jewellery but this will not be covered by the warranty and you will be invoiced on a case-by-case basis.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept online payment by Paypal, wire transfer and cheque or CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express over the phone. You have the option of paying in three instalments at no extra charge using CB, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Our card payment system is provided by Barclays Bank and uses SSL: the most secure and widely used encryption protocol today. Your card details are instantly encrypted and routed to the Barclays Bank without passing through our website. This gives you peace of mind as Antoine Jewellery holds none of your banking details.

HOW DOES PAYPAL WORK?

Paypal is a free, quick, simple and secure payment solution. No need to enter your card number or address! And no need to give merchants your financial details: they are stored by Paypal alone, making your transaction perfectly secure. HOW DOES A BANK TRANSFER WORK?

Select the option to pay by bank transfer. After placing your order online, simply put through a bank transfer with the details we provide. Your order will only be started when your bank transfer has been received. We will let you know as soon as the payment has come through.

HOW DO I PAY IN THREE INSTALMENTS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE?

Select the option to pay in three instalments at no extra charge. Enter your code with your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card. That's it! The total due for your order will be split into three equal instalments:

- The first instalment will be charged when the order is placed
- The second will be charged one month after the order was placed
- The third will be charged two months after the order was placed
